Commitment: 1 hour per week virtually for 12 weeks. In-person and hybrid options are available.

Mastering and Shaping Your Context (6 Weeks): Using a step-by-step process, participants will explore practical strategies learning to analyze, interpret, and influence their environment to create growth.
The Art of Integration (2 Weeks): In this final module, participants will apply what they've learned directly to their real-world professional scenarios, integrating theory and practice.
